The beach. The She Speaks conference. Hanging out with women who love speaking and/or writing. Delicious meals shared with my daughter and Emily and her new husband, Reed. Rest. Relaxation. I also love playing tennis, and got to play last night--such fun. Since I work alone, tennis is my social outlet--my team played a match last night, then we stayed at the club just socializing over chips and guacamole! the ocean sounds wonderful, tho! I've got to figure out a way to get there soon. I'll be on the west coast in October, so I'll have to include a trip to the beach then. :) I love to write, as well. But I can and do write anywhere, everywhere, every chance I can carve out of my day. Writing is my passion, and if I get to write by the sea with its characteristic sights and sounds, then that's my little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy your time away Suzie,speaking and spending time with your daughter. I love to write and my reading armchair in the living room and on the porch are my favorite places to do just that. But I can and do write anywhere, everywhere, every chance I can carve out of my day.
